Snaptik can only fetch public posts. If the creator set the video to private, friends-only, or deleted it, no downloader can reach the file — the link simply has nothing public behind it.
Fix: open the post in TikTok and check whether it plays for anyone who is not logged in. If it does not, ask the creator to make it public, or pick a different video.
A partial link — just the username, a screenshot of the URL, or a link that lost its tail when it was shared through a chat app — will not resolve to a video.
Fix: go back to the video, tap Share, then tap Copy link, and paste the whole thing into the box. Do not trim it and do not retype it by hand.
Snaptik pulls the highest available quality, so a long clip on a weak signal can sit on the loading state for a while before the file appears.
